S3M Design Consultants LLP is established by 4 Professionals having cumulative experience of more than 100 years in providing Design Consultancy services to Projects in Industrial & Infrastructure sectors pan India and abroad. The firm gets its name from the initials of Founding Partners – Mr. Hiten Shah, Mr. Rakesh Shah, Mr. Amit Suthar and Ms. Jasmin Mankad.

Integrated Single Window Solutions

We adopt 3D model-based process to provide an insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and maintain utility services within a building. This process ensures well-coordinated design and execution of complex utilities of a project.

As seen in the video here, junctions of utilities are enlarged to clarify the routing alongwith the placement and bends in each service. Images of such enlarged junction of utilities are shared with Execution agencies for smooth execution at site.
