Energy Conservation vide environmentally friendly and energy saving measures

Passive Architectural design concepts are adopted for conserving the solar and wind energies to ensure that the interiors remain warm in winter and cool in summer resulting in a year-round comfortable environment.
As a result of detailed sun path analysis for the defined orientation of the facility, maximum day light provisions in each facility of a project are ensured by providing desired size and number of openings. Savings in electricity / power and uniform illumination across the shop floor are direct benefits contributing to conservation of Energy.

Natural light through skylight / polycarbonate sheet installed at Roof

The light fixtures for various applications in the project are selected having LED fittings – an environmentally friendly, energy saving measure. LED fixtures have low maintenance and long life.
Capital equipment selected for Mechanical and Electrical systems comply to the energy saving provisions such as star ratings specified in Indian standards. Similarly, BEE Rated Water Pumps, Lift Motors and such accessories are preferred.
Insulated Building Envelope is designed for better efficiency of HVAC systems and controls.
Locally available materials are specified to reduce energy wasted while transportation.
Tools for monitoring the Energy consumption shall further facilitate in saving of Energy during the life cycle of project.
